1.3 — Single Account Policy
Each individual may only register one account on the k3333 Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, k3333 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and confiscate any balances held. Accounts opened in error may be merged at k3333's discretion following satisfactory identity verification.

Account Registration and Security
2.1 — Registration
To use the k3333 Platform you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. You agree not to provide false, misleading, or incomplete registration information. k3333 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading at any time.
2.2 — Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities conducted through your account. Notify k3333 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. k3333 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. k3333 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
2.3 — Account Verification (KYC)
k3333 may require you to verify your identity at any time, including before processing a withdrawal request. Verification may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of your account. This process is in place to protect players and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 — Deposits
The minimum deposit on k3333 is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. k3333 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. Deposits are generally credited to your k3333 account within 60 seconds. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. k3333 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or request additional information at its sole discretion.
3.2 — Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of request approval. k3333 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct KYC checks before releasing funds. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be approved from a bonus-funded balance.
3.3 — Currency
The k3333 Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in BDT. k3333 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs or exchange rate differences that may be incurred by players using payment methods denominated in other currencies.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 — General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers on the k3333 Platform are subject to specific terms communicated at the time each offer is presented. These Terms set out the general framework; offer-specific terms supplement and do not replace these general provisions. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed account verification.
4.2 — Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period. Failure to meet the requirement within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from the bonus balance. Winnings from your own deposited funds are not subject to wagering requirements unless those funds have been co-mingled with an active bonus balance.
4.3 — Bonus Abuse
k3333 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional winnings where there is evidence of abuse, including: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing bets designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (bonus hedging); collusion with other players; or using any automated system or bot to claim bonuses. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse may be closed and its balance forfeited.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion carry a maximum win cap unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. Any winnings from free spins that exceed the stated cap will be removed from your account balance automatically.

Betting Rules and Conduct
5.1 — Placing Bets
All bets placed on k3333 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections — including the event, market, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. k3333 will not be liable for any errors in bets caused by player mistake after confirmation. Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded, where this can be verified, may be voided at k3333's discretion.
5.2 — Bet Cancellation and Voidance
k3333 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: manifest errors in odds or pricing (palpable errors); events cancelled, postponed, or suspended without resumption within a defined period; force majeure events; technical malfunctions that affected the integrity of bet placement or settlement. In cases of void bets, the stake will be returned to your account. Where a palpable error led to a bet being placed at incorrect odds, k3333 reserves the right to re-settle the bet at the correct odds or to void it entirely.
5.3 — Suspicious Betting and Integrity
k3333 takes the integrity of sports and gaming events seriously. Any bet placed in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of event manipulation is void and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. k3333 cooperates with relevant sports governing bodies and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspicious betting patterns. Where fraudulent activity is identified, the relevant account will be suspended immediately, all associated funds frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.

6.2 — Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k3333 Platform: using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use; attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities; engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage; using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity including money laundering or fraud; making chargebacks or reversals on legitimate deposits; and harassing, threatening, or abusing k3333 staff or other players. Any of these actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6.3 — Account Suspension and Closure
k3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other conduct harmful to the Platform or other players. Upon closure for cause, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance in a legitimately closed account will be returned to the verified payment method on record after satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

Intellectual Property, Liability and Amendments
7.1 — Intellectual Property
All content on the k3333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of k3333 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of k3333.
8.1 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k3333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or any other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. k3333's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8.2 — Platform Availability
k3333 aims to provide continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. k3333 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures outside k3333's reasonable control.
9.1 — Amendments to These Terms
k3333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, k3333 will provide notice via the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
